PURPOSE: A method for isolating and concentrating a growth factor is provided to quickly isolate and concentrate a large amount of growth factors without gene recombination. CONSTITUTION: A method for isolating and concentrating a growth factor from stem cells comprises: a step of confirming molecular weight of a growth factor to be analyzed through a database; a step of sub-culturing the stem cells and collecting a stem cell culture; a step of passing the culture through a first filter system with a diameter through which the growth factor cancer can pass; a step of passing the culture through a second filter system with a diameter through which the growth factor cannot pass; and a step of collecting the growth factors. The growth factors are acidic FGF, basic FGF, insulin-like growth factor(IGF-1), insulin-like growth factor-2(IGF-2), keratinocyte growth factor(KGF), platelet-derived growth factor(PDGF), transforming growth factor-alpha(TFG-alpha), transforming growth factor-beta(TGF-beta), vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF), epithelial growth factor(EGF), neuronal cell growth factor(NGF), or interleukin-1 family 9(IL-1f9). |
