PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cells in which undesirable oligomerization by mixture of endogenous and exogenous polypeptides is inhibited, occurring when a gene encoding exogenous polypeptides which can make up the oligomeric proteins, is introduced in a cell in which an oligomeric protein is expressed; and an inhibition method of the oligomerization.SOLUTION: A vector for expressing non-natural oligomeric protein, into which a gene encoding exogenous polypeptides composing non-natural oligomeric proteins corresponding at least to one of endogenous polypeptides composing natural oligomeric proteins, and siRNA which inhibits expression of the endogenous polypeptides are incorporated, and the expression of the exogenous polypeptides in the vector is not restricted by the siRNA because base sequence of the gene encoding the exogenous polypeptides is converted to a sequence not subjected to the siRNA. |
