PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device that can efficiently radiate heat from a substrate on which semiconductor elements are aligned and easily attach and detach the substrate.SOLUTION: A substrate 11 on which a plurality of semiconductor light-emitting elements 12 are mounted is fitted to a substrate-fitting part 13 which forms a light-emitting part body and a radiator body. A light-emitting part in which the substrate 11 is fitted to the substrate-fitting part 13 with a pressing plate 14 by spring force is fitted to a fixture body 25 housing a lighting control part for controlling lighting of the semiconductor light-emitting elements 12 on the substrate 11.
