PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress temporal restriction in phase adjustment and perform phase adjustment corresponding to a drive state of a device and an environmental change.SOLUTION: A phase adjustment device includes: an input section to which input data to be an object of phase adjustment is input; a generation section for generating a first clock and a second clock whose phase differs from that of the first clock in response to the first clock; an acquisition section which acquires phase shift detection data from the input data in accordance with a rise edge and a fall edge of the first clock and acquires recording data from the input data in accordance with a rise edge or a fall edge of the second clock; a detection section for comparing the phase shift detection data acquired in synchronization with the first clock with the recording data acquired in synchronization with the second clock and detecting a phase shift amount of the input data on the basis of a comparison result; and an adjustment section for adjusting the phase of the input data inputted by the input section on the basis of the phase shift amount. |
