PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor control device capable of efficiently driving a motor, and further to provide a motor control method, an electronic apparatus provided with the motor and the motor control device and a robot provided with the electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: A motor control device 1 comprises: revolution speed calculation means for calculating a revolution speed of a motor 2 in which an induction voltage is generated; induction voltage characteristics storage means 111 for storing induction voltage characteristics of the motor 2 therein; target driving current determination means 15 for obtaining a target value of a driving current driving the motor 2; target pulse width determination means 16 for obtaining a target pulse width of a PWM signal in each cycle of the PWM signal on the basis of the target value of the driving current; and PWM signal generation means 17 for generating the PWM signal on the basis of the target pulse width of the PWM signal.
