PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground flare facility that can improve removal ratio of dust or the like included in an exhaust gas to be treated.SOLUTION: A ground flare facility 1 for burning gas to be treated and releasing it to the atmosphere includes: gas guide pipes 21, 31 that are disposed on the upstream side of a ground flare 10 for burning the gas to be treated, to guide the gas to be treated in a knockout drum 20 for reducing a flow rate of the guided gas and/or a flashback prevention seal drum 30 disposed on the upstream side of the ground flare 10; and a water film formation part 40 that is provided in the gas guide pipes 21, 31, to form a sprayed water film crossing in a flow direction of the gas to be treated. |
