PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to control an oscillation frequency of a switching regulator adopting a non-linear control system where a switching frequency varies.SOLUTION: A switching regulator, which converts an input voltage inputted into an input terminal into a predetermined constant voltage by performing switching using a pair of switching elements and outputs the constant voltage from an output terminal as an output voltage, includes: comparison means for comparing a signal indicative of an oscillation frequency of the switching regulator with a signal indicative of a constant frequency; and driving means for delaying a pulse signal, which is generated by feeding back an output signal and a control signal of the switching regulator, by a predetermined time in accordance with a result of the comparison by the comparison means and switching the input voltage using the pair of switching elements on the basis of the delayed pulse signal. |
