PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid cooling device that can be improved in cooling performance.SOLUTION: A liquid cooling device includes a casing provided with a cooling liquid flow passage. A plurality of fins 16A, 16B are provided at an interval on an inner surface of a part of a top wall of a casing which faces the cooling liquid flow passage, the top wall being fitted with a heating body. Shapes of the fins 16A, 16B cut with a horizontal plate orthogonal to a fin height direction are corrugated. An angle α contained between two lines of intersection of right surfaces 22a of two inclined parts 22 for connecting two adjacent wave top parts 19 of the left fin 16A and a wave bottom part 21 positioned between both the wave top parts 19, and the horizontal plane and an angle &bgr; contained between two lines of intersection of left surfaces 22b of two inclined parts 22 for connecting two adjacent wave bottom parts 21 of the right fin 16B and a wave top part 19 positioned between both the wave bottom parts 21, and the horizontal plane are each 110-150°. |
