PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for decontaminating soil contaminated materials by radioactive cesium and a decontamination device for the method.SOLUTION: In a first plant 22, contaminated soil is introduced to a rotating drum 5, and the rotating drum 5 is immersed and agitated in an aqueous solution tank 9 containing polyphenol. In a second plant 23, a radioactive cesium adsorptive polyphenol aqueous solution 10 supplied from the first plant 22 is guided to an upper layer part inlet of an adsorption filter 18, the upper layer part 19 of which is composed of chips and sawpowder manufactured from wood and the lower layer part 20 of which is composed of recombined coal manufactured from paulownia and Japanese cedar to be subjected to water conduction in the adsorption filter 18, and treatment water is drained from a drain pipe at a lower end of the lower layer part 20. |
