PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that rice is not sufficiently cooked because a temperature in an inner pot does not reach 100°C, a boiling point is lowered when sugar is contained in water, a boiling point is raised when salt is contained in water.SOLUTION: The inside of an inner pot becomes a theramally excited condition, a temperature reaches 100°C, thereby rice can be sufficiently cooked. A boiling point is lowered when a barometric pressure is low and the boiling point is raised when the barometric pressure is high. |
