PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capsule toner capable of realizing low-temperature fixing by including hydrocarbon wax, and suppressing the occurrence of blocking and carrier contamination, two-component developer, and a manufacturing method of capsule toner.SOLUTION: A capsule toner 100 contains toner base particles 101, and a resin coating layer 102. The toner base particle contains a binder resin, colorant, and a hydrocarbon-based release agent. The resin coating layer 102 contains an inner resin layer 103, and an outer resin layer 104. The inner resin layer 103 is provided on the surface of the toner base particle 101, and contains first polar resin; and the outer resin layer 104 is provided on the surface of the inner resin layer 103, and contains second polar resin having an acid value smaller than that of the first polar resin. |
