The objective of the present invention is to prevent interference with viewing of a whiteboard caused by a position of a participant filling in the whiteboard, and to store a history of fill-in records for all participants so as to be able to use a history that includes intermediate stages of the fill-in records subsequently. The present invention comprises terminals with touch panels having a function in which terminals of all participants partition arbitrary linework, which has been input, into line segments and sequentially transmit the same to the controller and in which the linework information transmitted from the controller is displayed upon the display of the terminal with the touch panel. Furthermore, the present invention uses a liquid crystal projector, which has a controller that is either built-in or capable of being connected thereto, the controller having a function in which the linework information that has been transmitted from each terminal with a touch panel is added to video image memory for a whiteboard image while being sequentially recorded in a database, and the contents of the video image memory are projected by way of the liquid crystal projector upon a wall surface, while at the same time, the database is transmitted to each terminal with a touch panel.
