<p>Provided is a photoelectric conversion element that minimizes Joule heating near a through-hole. One embodiment of the present invention provides a photoelectric conversion element (100) in which a plurality of unit cells (10) are formed on one surface (1a) of an insulating substrate (1). The other surface (1b) thereof is provided with a plurality of backside electrodes (20) that connect the unit cells to each other in series. Each unit cell is provided with an underside electrode (12), a photoelectric conversion layer (14), and a transparent electrode (16). Each such transparent electrode is provided with a conductor (50) that is formed in contact with the surface of said transparent electrode and has linear sections (52) that extend from a first through-hole (30).</p> |
