A filter unit and a cleaning method thereof are provided to generate sufficient turbulence in order to secure an excellent cleaning effect. A filter unit comprises an aeration tube which includes an outer tube(310) and an inner tube(320). The inner tube is located inside the outer tube. A plurality of aeration holes(311) are arranged in a longitudinal direction of the outer tube at predetermined distances of each other. A plurality of intermediate holes are arranged in a longitudinal direction of the inner tube. The outer tube and the inner tube have a common axis parallel to a longitudinal direction of the aeration tube. |
