PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot melt applicator capable of thinly applying hot melt on a surface of an object to be coated and preventing a hot melt adhesive from spattering when applied.SOLUTION: A hot melt applicator (1) includes: an adhesive feeder (1) for supplying a hot-meld adhesive; a spray device (2) for spraying the hot melt adhesive supplied by the adhesive feeder (1) using pressurized air from a spray port (3); and a pressurized air supply device (4) for supplying pressurized air to the spray device (2). The hot melt applicator (1) further includes a guide plate (5) for contacting to at least one part of the hot melt adhesion sprayed from the spray port (3) of the spray device (2) and guiding the contacted hot melt adhesion to an area to be coated.
