PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a photographing device to appropriately notify a porion to be photographed.SOLUTION: A registration part 24 identifies a bridge to be photographed, on the basis of location information acquired from a photographing device 10. A photographing availability determination part 22 identifies photographing points of the bridge to be photographed, with reference to an inspection execution standard DB 60, it acquires observation data in the neighborhood of a location of the bridge, with reference to both of a DB 52 and a DB 54 in an external information source 50, and it identifies a photographing unavailable point among the identified photographing points, on the basis of the acquired observation data. And, the photographing availability determination part 22 determines a photographing point among the identified photographing points, which is not photographed by the photographing device and is determined to be photographable, to be an unphotographed point, and a notification part 26 notifies the photographing device of the unphotographed point. |
