PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a shake of a cargo during the acceleration/deceleration of traveling.SOLUTION: An industrial vehicle includes: a vehicle body configured to be travelable using wheels; a traveling driving part for driving the wheels by a driving control command ia corresponding to a driving operation amount (a); a braking part for braking the wheels by a braking control command corresponding to a braking operation amount (b); and a loading part which is disposed to be able to elevate with respect to the vehicle body and on which a cargo is loaded. The industrial vehicle further includes a control part 4 which corrects the driving operation amount (a) or the braking operation amount (b) based on an operation pattern preset so as to correspond to the vibration damping of the loading part accompanying the operation amounts (a and b) when the driving operation amount (a) or the braking operation amount (b) exceeds a predetermined threshold and a traveling speed (v) of the vehicle body 2 is equal to or lower than a predetermined speed.
