PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome such an operational shortcoming that regular operation is not performed at all, when the regular authentication key is not acquired, while acquiring a regular authentication key to secure high safety.SOLUTION: An apparatus authentication sequence is performed between a CU (card unit) control section and an SC (security chip) using a board initial key. When authentication is accepted, a board information acquiring sequence for acquiring a board authentication key, is performed using the board initial key. When the board authentication key is acquired, business telegram communication with a game machine is performed using the board authentication key, and when the board authentication key is not acquired, the business telegram communication with a game machine is permitted using the board initial key for a predetermined period. |
