This invention is a switch gear manufactured by incorporating a stationary-side device that includes a stationary terminal and a movable-side device that includes a movable terminal, with the tip of the stationary terminal being formed as a spherical surface and the tip of the movable terminal being formed as a spherical surface, said switch gear being provided with: multiple contact pieces which comprise a conductive metal and are arranged at prescribed intervals around the respective circumferences of the tips of the stationary terminal and the movable terminal, and the respective stationary-side contact parts and movable-side contact parts of which, formed as spherical surfaces, make contact with the stationary terminal and the movable terminal; a stationary-side circular pressing body, which is arranged on the stationary side of the contact pieces and maintains the contact pressure between the contact pieces and the stationary terminal; and a movable-side circular pressing body, which is arranged on the movable side of the contact pieces and maintains the contact pressure between the contact pieces and the movable terminal. |
