The embodiments of the present invention relate to the technical field of wireless communications, and in particular, to a method, system and device for reporting power headroom, which are used to achieve the reporting of power headroom at the moment when the PRACH is concurrent with the PUSCH and/or PUCCH. The method provided in the embodiments of the present invention comprises: user equipment determining a power headroom value corresponding to each cell which transmits the physical uplink channel after determining that there is a need to concurrently transmit preamble and the physical uplink channel at the moment of reporting power headroom; and the user equipment reporting the determined power headroom value. Since power headroom can be reported at the moment when the PRACH is concurrent with the PUSCH and/or PUCCH, the power distribution conditions of the user equipment at the concurrent moment can be indicated to the network side to provide a basic assurance for the uplink power distribution on the network side, improving system performance. |
