Provided is a vibration suppression control device for an electric motor-driven vehicle, which suppresses the vibration of a vehicle with the electric motor as a power source, wherein the vibration suppression control device is provided with: a vibration suppression control means for reducing torsional vibration in a vehicle drive system; a friction coefficient estimation means for estimating the friction coefficient on the road surface on which a vehicle travels; and a control parameter correction means for correcting a control parameter when performing vibration suppression control via said vibration suppression control means on the basis of the road surface friction coefficient estimated by said friction coefficient estimation means.
