PURPOSE: A multifunctional bicycle rack is provided to prevent bicycle theft by performing the locking function of a front wheel and a pedal and to conveniently control the locking function through a display module. CONSTITUTION: A multifunctional bicycle rack comprises a main body module (100) and a sub module (200). The main body module comprises a main plate (110) and a sub plate (130). A fixing line groove (120) is formed in the main plate of the main body module. A portion of a front wheel of a bicycle is inserted into the fixing line groove, and the fixing line groove fixes the inserted portion of the front wheel. The sub module separated from the main body module is arranged on a pedal of the bicycle.
