PURPOSE: A BMA using mesh is provided to improve cooling performance by making the surface of a pouch cell exposed to the air and to safely protect the pouch cell by having an elastic frame. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a BMA (500) comprises a step of preparing a mesh (201); a step of forming frames by insert-extruding a plastic material to the mesh; and a step of forming the BMA by attaching the frame onto one side of a pouch cell (100). In the mesh-preparing step, the mesh is formed of one selected from a fabric woven with an insulating or heat-radiating fabric and a fabric having an insulating or heat-radiating coating layer formed on a woven fiber. The frame has a support frame which has a fixing unit by a second insert extrusion and an air flow hole on the circumference thereof.
