PURPOSE: An annealing furnace clamp-off removing jig is provided to move a frame according to the position of a welding chip or foreign materials, thereby stably seating the jig. CONSTITUTION: An annealing furnace clamp-off removing jig comprises a plurality of mineral rolls(100), a plurality of block units, a pair of guide rails(200), a frame(300), a seating unit, and a jig(500). The mineral rolls alternatively support the lower part of a steel sheet passing through an annealing furnace. The block units are installed in the front and rear sides of the mineral rolls inside the annealing furnace to be vertical to a progressing direction of the steel sheet. The pair of guide rails is installed on a wall surface of the block units in the block units toward a direction where the mineral rolls are arranged. Both ends of the frame are respectively guided by the pair of the guide rails so that the frame is moved horizontal to a longitudinal direction of the mineral rolls. The seating unit is arranged in the frame. A part of the jig can be seated in the seating unit, and a knife polishing the outer peripheries of the mineral rolls is arranged in an end portion of the jig. |
