PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source module for multiwavelength light sources capable of constituting a multiwavelength light source without using other components.SOLUTION: The light source module for multiwavelength light sources includes: a first lens and a second lens disposed to share an optical axis in common; a light source disposed outside the first lens to be displaced from the optical axis; a sub optical fiber disposed outside the second lens to be displaced from the optical axis in the same direction as that of the light source; a main optical fiber the end portion of which is disposed at a point-symmetric with respect to the end portion of the sub optical fiber, with the optical axis used as an object center; and an optical filter disposed between the first lens and the second lens, and causing light from the first lens side to transmit therethrough and light from the second lens side to reflect therefrom. |
