PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing method and an image processing device which achieve improvement in repetition durability and erasability and shorten erasing time.SOLUTION: In an image processing method, when laser beams are radiated in parallel at predetermined intervals in at least either an image recording step or an image erasing step, (1) the laser beams are made to scan in the same direction and further discontinuous radiation of the laser beams is included in a part of scanning, (2) the laser beams are successively made to scan in directions opposite to each other and further the discontinuous radiation of the laser beams is included in a part of the scanning, (3) the laser beams are successively made to scan in the directions opposite to each other and further the discontinuous radiation of the laser beams is included in a part of the scanning, and the discontinuous radiation of the laser beams is made to scan so that the radiation of the laser beams may be guided from a finish point, obtained when being made to scan from a first start point to the finish point, to a next second start point while the laser beams are not radiated from the finish point to the second start point or (4) the laser beams are made to scan so as not to continuously scan an adjacent part in the same direction, and further the discontinuous radiation of the laser beams is included in a part of the scanning. |
