摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generation control technique that can improve a voltage rise due to a reverse power flow while reducing a sense of inequality among consumers.SOLUTION: A power generation control device has a charging/discharging control section 81 for controlling charging/discharging of a power storage device 7 connected to a power distribution system on the basis of a system voltage value of the power distribution system and an output power value of a photovoltaic power generation device 6 connected to the power distribution system. The charging/discharging control section 81 includes: a total output upper limit determination section 21 that holds a total output upper limit value of the photovoltaic power generation device 6 and the power storage device 7 constant when the system voltage value is less than a predetermined threshold value and reduces the total output upper limit value with a predetermined gradient as the system voltage value is increased from a value not less than the predetermined threshold value; and a charging/discharging command value arithmetic section 81a for calculating a charging/discharging command value of the power storage device 7 on the basis of the total output upper limit value and the output power value of the photovoltaic power generation device 6. At least one of the threshold value and the gradient is set in response to a distance from a substation.
