PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably supply OH radicals to be generated to water to be treated for a long period of time and efficiently oxidizing and decomposing a dissolved organic matter in the water to be treated without complicating a device or an operation in water treatment for oxidizing and decomposing the dissolved organic matter in water.SOLUTION: A water treatment method for oxidizing and decomposing a dissolved organic matter in water includes the steps of: introducing water to be treated containing the dissolved organic matter in a reaction tank; generating OH radicals in the reaction tank; and further, measuring an amount of the OH radicals generated on a plurality of positions from an upstream side, which is the water to be treated introducing side, to a downstream side in the reaction tank. |
