<p>The lever has a reel (E) on which a tape is rolled up, where the lever is held in a predetermined position. A pendulum body (A) is attached to a set of suspension bars (B), where the pendulum body revolves around a shaft (C). The pendulum body and the lever are mounted by utilizing a screw (T). An end of the lever is provided with a bolt (R) and a disk (D) is fastened to the bolt. The disk is mounted on a set of ball bearings in which a cylindrical circle is arranged. The reel is allowed to roll on a textile band.</p>
