PURPOSE: A burner for a pellet boiler is provided to prevent heat generated from burned pellets from being transferred to a screw and prevent a fire by separating a pipe for supplying pellets from the burner. CONSTITUTION: A burner for a pellet boiler is composed of a combustion vessel (10), a pellet supply unit (30), an igniter (50), a blower (70), and a pellet stirring unit. The combustion vessel receives pellets therein. The pellet supply unit supplies pellets to the combustion vessel and comprises a cylinder, a screw, a drive member, and a heat transfer prevention unit. The heat transfer prevention unit prevents heat generated from the burned pellets from being transferred to the screw or the cylinder. The igniter ignites the supplied pellets. The blower sends air to the igniter. The pellet stirring unit stirs the pellets received in the combustion vessel. |
