PURPOSE: A wasted synthetic resin melt extruder capable of impurity removal and water removal is provided to solve the incompleteness of water removal which is indicated in a reproducer using wet cleaning mode and improve the quality of the recycled synthetic resin by removing foreign metal substances. CONSTITUTION: A wasted synthetic resin melt extruder capable of impurity removal and water removal melts and extrudes recycling synthetic resin which is washed after being pelletized. The melt extruder comprises: an electromagnet cask (20); a magnet cylinder (30); a compression object (40); a transfer screw (50); and heating means (60). The electromagnet cask is rotatably arranged inside an inlet part of a housing (11) of the melt extruder by a drive motor (25). The magnet cylinder in which electromagnet is installed in a cylinder head, and foreign metal substances of the inside are adhered to the electromagnet is operated with fluid pressure. The compression consists of a hollow cylindrical shape body (41), and an inner diameter is successively decreased. In the transfer screw, a helical blade (52) is formed around a screw bar (51). The compression object is heated with the heating means by supplying electricity to a coil which is laid inside the compression object (40). In the heated compression object, moisture is evaporated and spurts while the temperature of pellet rises. |
