PURPOSE: A sludge removing apparatus is provided to transfer a predetermined amount of sewage and wastewater and a predetermined ratio of coagulant to a chemical treatment bath regardless of water pressure. CONSTITUTION: A sludge removing apparatus includes a settling bath(10), a first transferring pump(100), a water pressure adjusting bath(20), a second transferring pump(200), a chemical treatment bath, and a dehydrating unit. The settling bath stores sewage and wastewater. The first transferring pump transfers the sewage and the wastewater from the settling bath. While storing the sewage and the wastewater from the first transferring pump, the water pressure adjusting bath returns overflowed water to the settling bath. The second transferring pump is connected to the water pressure adjusting bath to transfer the sewage and the wastewater to a chemical treatment bath(30). While storing the transferred fluid, the chemical treatment bath introduces a predetermined amount of coagulant to coagulate sludge. |
