PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light guide member that can restrain an amount of light emitted from a light emitting surface from reducing.SOLUTION: A bar-shaped light guide member includes a light-incident surface 4 for letting in light emitted from a light source 3 as an end face in a longitudinal direction d1, a reflecting surface 5 for reflecting the light incident from the light-incident surface 4 at one face along the longitudinal direction d1, and a light-emitting surface 6 for emitting the light reflected with the reflecting surface 5 as a face opposite to the reflecting surface 5. A cross-section shape orthogonal to the longitudinal direction d1 is set up to satisfy λ<&phgr;≤&pgr;/2 (expression 1), 0≤ψ<λ (expression 2), and 0≤&xgr;<λ (expression 3). |
