PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for, when such a situation that evacuation is necessary is generated due to a natural disaster or the like, performing quick evacuation guidance to a proper place.SOLUTION: Master crime prevention lamps 10A and 10B which have received an alarm signal transmitted from an emergency alarm issuing institution 150 drive an alarm lamp 20 and an alarm sound alert unit 30 in configurations corresponding to the type of the alarm signal, and display arrows showing the directions of designated shelters 160 and 170 by an arrow display unit 40. Also, the master crime prevention lamps 10A and 10B transmit the reception of the alarm signal to slave crime prevention lamps 10a, 10b and so on in the same block. The slave crime prevention lamps 10a, 10b and so on drive the alarm lamp 20 and the alarm sound alert unit 30 on the basis of the received transmission signal, and show the directions of the designated shelter 160 or 170 by the arrow display unit 40. Also, the slave crime prevention lamps 10a, 10b and so on also transmit the signal to neighboring indoor alarms 110 and outdoor alarms 130 to encourage persons staying indoors to evacuate. Persons staying outdoors are able to evacuate following arrows shown by a plurality of crime prevention lamps 10. |
