PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope whose nozzle can be enlarged without enlarging diameter of a distal end section of an insertion section in spite of its structure with mutually independent air duct and water duct provided on a distal end face of the insertion section, and further, providing the endoscope capable of surely guiding water injected from the nozzle to an objective lens side in spite of its structure with a concave portion formed to sustain water force injected from the nozzle on the periphery of a distal end opening of the water duct.SOLUTION: This endoscope includes: an air duct 25 and a water duct 26 which are mutually independent ducts provided in an insertion section 12; an objective lens 20; a concave portion 22 for attaching nozzles with a water flow guiding inclined face 23 which allows backward recessed amount from the objective lens side to the water duct side to be gradually increased; a water supply nozzle 34 for injecting water discharged from a front end opening of the water duct toward the water flow guiding inclined face; and an air nozzle 39 for guiding air flow discharged from the front end opening of the air duct to the objective lens side passing through a position immediately before the water flow guiding inclined face. |
