Provided is a waterproofing structure that is capable of more reliable waterproofing without a decrease in attractiveness. The waterproofing structure is provided with a case (6), a closure member (21), a gasket (13), a lock member (9) and a cover member (8). The case (6) comprises a recessed portion (7). The closure member (21) is freely attachably/removably placed within the recessed portion (7), and occludes the opening of the recessed portion (7). The gasket (13) occludes a gap between: a side surface of the closure member (21); and the inner surface of the recessed portion (7). Said side surface faces a direction intersecting the attachment/removal direction (X) of the closure member (21) to/from the recessed portion (7). Said inner surface opposes said side surface. The lock member (9) is provided on the case (6), and regulates the movement of the closure member (21) in the attachment/removal direction (X). The cover member (8): can be freely attachably/removably combined with the case (6); covers the closure member (21) placed within the recessed portion (7); and covers the lock member (9), which is in a state regulating the movement of the closure member (21) in the attachment/removal direction (X).
