<p>A method for assisting individuals with managing their fuel consumption at different points throughout athletic training or competitions is provided, which includes collecting information about the individual participating in the athletic event in addition to information about the event itself, providing feedback to the individual based on this information, monitoring the individual's energy level at the moment of sweat and using this information to tailor a fueling plan for the individual. In one aspect, the individual may provide her information and access her customized fueling plan using a web-based browser or a mobile device application.</p> |
