摘要 <p>Disclosed are a buoyant supporting and fixing platform (10) for supporting seaborne wind turbines, bridges, and marine structures and methods of constructing and installing same. The buoyant supporting and fixing platform comprises at least three hollow cylindrical buoyant tubes (1) and an optionally hollow pontoon (9). The buoyant tubes (1) and the pontoon (9) are connected by means of a transverse frame structure to form a buoyant support structure with a triangular or four-sided or multi-sided plane and the foundations of the base of the buoyant tubes are supported by concrete on the seabed. The buoyancy of the buoyant tubes partially counterbalances the weight of the hydro-structures, improving the bearing capacity of the foundations. The buoyant tubes are embedded in the seabed, improving the resistance to horizontal force and stability of the platform (10), and soft soil can be optionally reinforced in the case of very deep soft soil. The buoyant supporting and fixing platform (10) embedded in the seabed is unique and the key point, and can be applied to marine green energy sources, such as seaborne wind power generation, and bridges and marine structures in areas with a water depth of approximately 10 metres to 30 metres or in a local marine area with a water depth up to 50 metres, and has latent economic returns.</p>
