PURPOSE: An isotonic drink manufacturing method is provided to be able to manufacture isotonic drink with abundant natural minerals and high human body absorption at an economic cost. CONSTITUTION: Mineral salt is obtained by filtering mineral-containing water collected from a saltpan and heating. 40 g of ginseng and water of 5-6 times of the ginseng mass are mixed and heated at 80-100deg.C for 2-3 hours to obtain a ginseng solution. 5 g of licorice root, and water of 5-6 times of the licorice mass are mixed and heated at 80-100deg.C for 2-3 hours to obtain licorice root solution. Mineral salt of 100 g, the ginseng solution, and the licorice root solution are mixed with 0.5 L of water, heated at 80-100deg.C for 10-20 minutes and left for 3-4 hours. The supernatant passes through filter paper to obtain pre-processing undiluted solution. Water is added to the pre-processed undiluted solution to obtain post-processed undiluted solution of 20% of salinity. 20 cc of the post-processed undiluted solution is mixed with 0.5 L of water. |
