PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaphragm pump suitable when supplying fluid to a pressurizing object of requiring pulsation.SOLUTION: When an output shaft 2a rotates by driving of a motor 2, respective diaphragm parts 8a reciprocate in the vertical direction, and a plurality of pump rooms 25A-25D successively expand and contract. Air sucked in from suction ports 22a-24a is gathered in a delivery chamber 26 by successively expanding and contracting the pump rooms 25A-25D, and is supplied to the pressurizing object from a delivery port 21a. A suction valve element is not arranged in suction passages 16 and 17 among suction passages 14-17 corresponding to the pump rooms 25A-25D. |
