PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably and with good reproducibility predetermine a prescribed region in a bone of a second middle finger of a left hand or a right hand from radiation images used for a quantitative analysis of bone-salt.SOLUTION: In a quantitative analysis method of bone-salt for obtaining the bone-salt quantity of a bone part from a radiation image PR, imaging the bone part, a predetermined region in the bone to be an analysis object by image processing (for example, a second middle hand bone B2L of a left hand LH) is specified as an analysis object site from the radiation image PR. In more detail, in the radiation image PR of the left hand LH imaged, a site of the second middle hand bone B2L of the left hand LH is specified, and from this specified site, both ends of the second middle hand bone B2L are specified, and based on both the ends specified, characteristics in the second middle hand bone B2L is specified, and based on the specified characteristics a predetermined region is specified. |
