Provided is a composite separation membrane having a separation layer for separating fluid components and a porous layer for supporting the separation layer, wherein the separation layer is formed from a polymer having a crosslinked structure, the maximum pore diameter of the porous layer is between 0.05 and 0.5 µm, and the composite separation film has a structure such that a portion of the separation layer permeates the porous layer at a permeation rate (etaa) as defined by the following formula (A) within a range of 0.1 to 30%.
