摘要 <p>A backlight device (12) is provided with: a first LED substrate (18A); a second LED substrate (18B, 18B) that is disposed in a high temperature region (HA) where the temperature comparatively increases; a light-guide plate (19) in which a pair of the end faces is respectively opposite the first LED substrate (18A) and the second LED substrate (18B) to allow the light from each of the first and second LED substrates (18A, 18B) to enter thereinto while emitting the light from a light-emitting plate surface; first and second LED drive circuits (26a, 26b) that supply a relatively lower current to the second LED substrate (18B) than a current supplied to the first LED substrate (18A); and light reflection portions (28). The area distribution of the light reflection portions (28) increases on the plate surface of the light-guide plate (19) as the distances from the first LED substrate (18A) and the second LED substrate (18B) respectively increase, with the location where the light reflection portions (28) are most densely distributed being closer to the second LED substrate (18B).</p>
