<p>In this integrated photoelectric conversion apparatus, a plurality of photoelectric conversion unit elements are connected in series, each of said photoelectric conversion unit elements including at least a first conductive layer (11b), a photoelectric conversion layer (10), and a second conductive layer (15), which are sequentially provided on a light transmitting substrate (11a). The first conductive layer (11b) has at least one connecting groove section (60), which has the upper surface of the light transmitting substrate (11a) as the bottom surface. The second conductive layer (15) is provided conforming to at least the inner walls of the connecting groove section (60). The first conductive layer (11b) and the second conductive layer (15) are electrically connected to each other via the connecting groove section (60), thereby connecting the photoelectric conversion unit elements in series.</p> |
