PURPOSE: A method for unclogging a clogged sewage pipe and a device thereof are provided to unclog a clogged sewage pipe by supplying water through the inlet of the sewage pipe with injecting compressed air, thereby previously preventing the damage of the sewage pipe. CONSTITUTION: Inlets of sewage pipes(11) are closed except for the inlet of a clogged sewage pipe(10)(S100). A fastener(30), which is equipped with an air pressure hose connection pipe(31) and a water supply hose connection pipe(32), is fastened to the inlet of the clogged sewage pipe(10)(S200). An air pressure hose(50) and a water supply hose(70), which are connected to a compressor(60), are connected to the air pressure hose connection pipe(31) and the water supply hose connection pipe(32)(S300). Water is supplied to the clogged sewage pipe(10) through the water supply hose(70). Compressed air is supplied to the clogged sewage pipe(10) through the air pressure hose(50)(S400).
