PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition including N-acetyl-L-glutamine is provided to prevent skin aging and improve wrinkles by eliminating oxidizing substances, biosynthesizing collagen, promoting cell proliferation and keratin hydration. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition including N-acetyl-L-glutamine contains N-acetyl -L- glutamine as active ingredients. 0.1-15 weight% of the N-acetyl-L-glutamine is included based on the total cosmetic composition. The cosmetic composition additionally includes an emulsifier. The emulsifier is monooleic acid ester or glycerol monostearin acid ester. The cosmetic composition having oxidizing substances elimination effects includes the N-acetyl -L- glutamine as active ingredient. The cosmetic composition having collagen biosynthesis effects includes the N-acetyl -L- glutamine as active ingredient. A cosmetic composition having cell proliferation promotion effects includes the N-acetyl -L- glutamine as active ingredient. The cosmetic composition having the keratin hydration acceleration effect includes the N-acetyl -L- glutamine as active ingredient. |
