The starter replacement structure (12) has control electronics (14) that includes non-electrolytic capacitor (17), resistor (16) and coil (18) which are provided as surface mounted device (SMD) component. The control electronics adjusts the electric power of light in nominal light flux. The replacement structure is inserted into fluorescent lamp socket for LED lighting tube with several LEDs. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a lamp; and (2) a kit for lamp.
