摘要 PURPOSE: A continuous poly(tetrafluoro ethylene)(PTFE) pyrolyzing reactor based on a high frequency heater is provided to shorten times required for heating and cooling operations and continuously/quantitatively introducing powdered or granulated PTFE. CONSTITUTION: A continuous PTFE pyrolyzing reactor includes at least two PTFE main storing baths(10), a PTFE auxiliary storing bath(11), a vertical screw feeder(13), a heat exchanger(15), and a high frequency heating furnace(16). The PTFE main storing baths alternately operate. The PTFE auxiliary storing bath is in connection with the PTFE main storing baths using an automatic valve. The PTFE auxiliary storing bath temporarily store powdered or granulated PTFE from the PTFE main storing baths. The vertical screw feeder quantitatively introduces the PTFE into operational processes. The heat exchanger blocks or cools heat from the high frequency heating furnace which is transferred to the vertical screw feeder. The high frequency heating furnace generates the pyrolysis of PTFE.
