<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a rolling bearing device with reduced occurrence of outgassing and with small torque fluctuation by shortening manufacturing time. <P>SOLUTION: The structure 10 of the rolling bearing device includes inner rings 3a, 3b, outer rings 5a, 5b, a plurality of rolling elements 7 disposed with spaces therebetween in the circumferential direction in an annular space between the inner rings 3a, 3b and the outer rings 5a, 5b, rolling bearings 1A, 1B aligned spaced apart in the axial direction, a shaft 13 bonded in a state of being fitted with the inner rings 3a, 3b of the rolling bearings 1A, 1B, a sleeve 23 having a fitting hole 25 and bonded in a state of being fitted with the outer rings 5a, 5b of the rolling bearings 1A, 1B, and a spacer part 27 sandwiched between the outer rings 5a, 5b of the rolling bearings 1A, 1B in the axial direction. An epoxy-based adhesive 30 is coated between the outer peripheral faces of the outer rings 5a, 5b and the fitting hole 25 of the sleeve 23, and an anaerobic adhesive 50 is coated between the inner peripheral face of the inner ring 3a of the first rolling bearing 1A and the outer peripheral face of the shaft 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
