PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive particulate with highly reliable electrical connectivity, as well as an anisotropic conductive material containing the conductive particulate, and to provide a connection structure connected with either the conductive particulate or the anisotropic conductive material. SOLUTION: Of the conductive particulate with a metal layer containing nickel and a conductive layer containing gold or palladium sequentially laminated, the conductive layer has a thickness of 10 nm or less, and has alkyl groups with the carbon number of 6 to 22 on the surface.
